摘要: Crisis can strike from anywhere at anyone and any place. The unpredictability inevitability of a crisis make it imminent that immediate critical attention is paid to so managed contained the right time. Any red alert situation there widely felt need being handled with topmost priority efficiency. A crisis, may be natural disaster, an organizational political or product recall, brings sudden deep collapse in national output sharp increase income poverty. key handling successfully time required bring controllable proportion. It very important predict handle crucial during crisis. Stochastic calculation as intensity goes higher. In present paper, whole event occurrence sum specific information. carrier information are human beings machines, which carry through established communication networks. degree authenticity also depends upon means machine interface. proposed model stochastic contains communicated one broadcast many. This gives us estimated reach stage another percentage authenticity. this model, judged if not, inputs delivered control worst process.
