Notice of Retraction Removal of nitrate and refractory organics simultaneous using combined heterotrophic/autotrophic denitrification

摘要: In order to develop an in-situ and cost effective prevention method for mixed pollution water caused by refractory organics inorganic nitrogen, the combining heterotrophic denitrification (HD) with autotrophic (AD) remove NO3--N aniline simultaneously was investigated in simulated indoor dynamic soil column system designed on permeable reactive barrier (PRB) technology. Results showed that removing were dramatically enhanced average 60-day removal rate 98.1% 99.2% respectively, owing significantly synergetic effect of HD AD. first stage (20~25 days), depended mainly HD, which also dominated reactor, subsequently, AD processes co-exist, last (after 40~45days), contribution increased result efficiency increasing as well. NH4+-N NO2--N accumulated not obviously, there might be anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX). Generally, this study implies HAD is a potential remediation approach complex polluted water.
