The novelty is these are private initiatives by philanthropists and NGOs bought vast extensions land Chilean south austral macroregion. This phenomenon opens a series questions studies, because it tensions state institutions dedicated to reconfigures governance. article examines three Chile analyzes implications provoked on traditional forms governance which had an exclusive role. results research show emergency new actors intervene different scales. In this scenario, Non-Governmental Organizations play decisive work exploratory study from social sciences attempts contribute studies examining role non-State definition sectorial policies indices conservation.
