摘要: Polypyrrole(PPy)/BiOCl hybrid composites were synthesized for the first time via one-step chemical oxidation process by addition of Bi2O3 nanoparticle in an aqueous solution pyrrole monomer/FeCl3 oxidant agent. X-ray diffractions (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and thermogravimetric technique confirmed growth BiOCl PPy matrix. From XRD, amount matrix increased with increasing solution. The FESEM images indicated presence two phases related to BiOCl. Thermal stability PPy/BiOCl has been improved range 300–800 K degraded above 800 °C, i.e., decomposition point Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy a mutual interaction between system. characteristic optical absorption peaks shifted higher wavelength PPy/BiOCl(5%) disappeared at PPy/BiOCl(20%). electrical measurement, have conductivity than PPy, where maximum observed was PPy/BiOCl(5%). conducting mechanism followed three-dimensional Mott variable hopping 300–150 K involved fluctuation-assisted tunneling phenomenon below 150 K.
