摘要: Combined two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography has a high sensitivity specificity for detection of isolated perimembranous ventricular septal defects. However, muscular or multiple defects may be difficult to diagnose with noninvasive methods, particularly in older children, necessitating angiography accurate diagnosis.
