摘要: A theory of the energy exchange between valence electrons and ions in dense displacement cascades metals is proposed. It shown that based on relaxation nonequilibrium electron-ion system gives a common basis for electronic stopping power slow due to transfer via an electron-phonon interaction. found loss owing interaction bears close relationship power, but it greatly enhanced because emergence phonon excitations band structure. The corresponding cooling rates thermalizing cascade are several times greater with strong than weak similar conclusion holds intermediate region, where essentially free move band-structure effects persist. However, conduction play role only if dynamics rise phonons.
