摘要: Abstract Cardiac catheterization and coronary angiography were performed on hospital admission in 32 consecutive patients with acute myocardial infarction. Twenty-six had total occlusion of an infarct-related artery six severe proximal stenosis poor distal flow. In 18 the 26 occlusion, intracoronary infusion Streptokinase resulted reperfusion artery. Seventeen these arterial at site previous occlusion. Hemodynamic indexes left ventricular performance ejection fraction determined by gated cardiac blood pool imaging did not change immediately after (p [probability]= significant [NS]). The mean (± standard deviation) increased significantly = 0.007) from (44 ± 15 percent) to discharge (55 7 evidencing occluded It NS) this time span alone, those demonstrating administration streptokinase or additional 10 control infarction evaluated angiography. These data suggest that (1) thrombus is frequent can be lysed streptokinase; (2) results improved between discharge.
