摘要: Abstract Human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) were generated on several biomaterials from human amniotic fluid in completely xeno-free and feeder-free conditions via the transfection of genes using a nonintegrating RNA Sendai virus vector. The effect culture medium efficiency establishment was evaluated. Subsequently, cell reprogramming investigated during into hiPSCs. Cells cultured laminin-511, laminin-521, Synthemax II-coated dishes hydrogels having optimal elasticity that engrafted with specific oligopeptides derived vitronectin could be reprogrammed hiPSCs high efficiency. expressed pluripotency proteins had capability to differentiate all three germ layers vitro vivo. iPSCs successfully at (0.15–0.25%) selection biomaterials.
