摘要: Tumors of the central nervous system (CNS) present unique challenges to clinician with respect diagnosis and therapeutics. Location tumors within brain confined by calvaria complex boney architecture skull base also difficulty in efficiently imaging lesions especially computer tomographic (CT) posterior fossa. The most common are metastatic that arise from elsewhere body, which lung breast primaries constitute a large proportion. Primary tumors, those cellular constituents residing such as glial cells neurons, particularly vexing both treatment improvements technology combined use neurophysiological monitoring have lead more aggressive surgical resections tumors.
