摘要: Switched Capacitor (SC) Converters have drawn attention of researchers recently due to their small size and high power density, primarily the absence inductors. Integration on a single chip is facilitated as there are no magnetic components. A switched capacitor dc converter circuit with two voltage levels input, which can be converted other in buck or boost mode offering wide output presented this work. The proposed capable delivering 11 different from input levels, includes summation inputs, double half levels. novelty it uses only 9 switches, 2 charge pump capacitors one filter obtain gain modes. Further, an equivalent model has been developed based differential theory mathematical equations analyzed optimum duty ratio at gating pulses switches given. PSIM simulations validate confirming expected multiple modes circuit. This used portable electronic devices potential driver for LED circuits.
