摘要: Objectives. We compared participants from the Ciclovia (streets temporarily closed to motorized vehicles and open for pedestrians) Cicloruta (bicycle paths) programs in Bogota, Colombia, assess associations of program participation with physical activity, safety, social capital, equity.Methods. conducted 2 cross-sectional studies October 2009 intercept surveys: one among 1000 other participants.Results. Most met activity recommendation leisure time (59.5%), most it by cycling transportation (70.5%). reported a higher perception safety (51.2% regarding traffic 42.4% about crime) capital (odds ratio = 2.0; 95% confidence interval = 1.4, 2.8) than did users. users living low socioeconomic status categories (53.1%), had lower educational attainment (27%), not own cars (82.9%). ...
