摘要: Abstract China is suffering from severe pollution accidents which may have catastrophic impacts on the local population and environment. Some questions are unclear to governments industry operators like “who vulnerable chemical risks?” “what magnitude of vulnerability?”. This paper concentrates exploring concepts human vulnerability methodology analyzing in vicinity parks. A conceptual model developed, revealing roots emphasizing its role risk management. geographical information system (GIS)-based for mapping proposed applied Nanjing Chemical Industry Park China. By combining physical social spatially, total revealed better respond accidents. It improve traffic lines allocation medical services, include assessment land-use planning reduce future risks. In other words, it seems feasible effective reveal physical, residents sources.
