摘要: Abstract Societal impacts from weather and climate extremes, trends in those impacts, are a function of both society. United States losses resulting extremes have grown steadily with time. Insured property trebled since 1960, but deaths not except for due to floods heat waves. Data on difficult find must be carefully adjusted before meaningful assessments can made.
