摘要: Abstract Investigations have been carried out to determine the rate at, which 2,3 DPG is regenerated when acid-citrate-dextrose (ACD)-stored erythrocytes are transfused. The red cells of 3 anemic type A patients were labeled with Cr 51 . following day, transfused DPG-depleted O cells. donor separated from recipient by differential agglutination, and degree contamination was estimated activity recovered Regeneration found be rapid, restoration nearly half had lost within 4 hours transfusion. These investigations show that regeneration in vivo considerably more rapid than has observed vitro studies.
