摘要: It is shown that intra-atomic Coulomb correlation causes the f electrons in heavy-fermion materials to propagate like polarons insulators and semiconductors. The effective mass of quasiparticles enhanced, at finite temperatures are damped so polaron effect may be a contributing factor crossover from coherent behavior low single-site high temperatures.
