摘要: 1. The temperature sensitivity of thermoreceptors and slowly adapting mechanoreceptors in the trigeminal area pigeons were tested while recording from all three main branches nerve. 2. Warm receptors excited by warming totally inhibited cooling. During rewarming no overshooting excitation occurred. The impulse frequency increased with increasing temperature; at low fired bursts. 3. A special “warm-sensitive” receptor a regular discharge rate high skin was cooling restored its initial after without any overshoot. did not increase but constant above critical temperature. 4. Most had very regular, rather (20–50 imp./sec) mechanical stimulus. decreased during an excitatory overshoot inhibition. 5. Only few warming, behaviour which is reported for temperature-sensitive mammalian mechanoreceptors.
