摘要: In the past, sustainable forest management has often focussed on technical issues. Nowadays there is a growing awareness that social conditions have to be met make success. This paper presents an integrated approach, in which basic assumptions concerning and forestry for are combined with qualitative understandings of actual use applicable regulations. The model proposed builds notions ‘social learning’, ‘interactive participation’ ‘scenariobuilding’.
