摘要: The effect of cycloheximide on formation contractile vesicles, development buccal anlage, and fission in Paramecium aurelia was examined. exhibits remarkably strong resistance to this inhibitor protein synthesis. With continuous exposure lower concentrations (0.14 0.94 mg/ml), the daily rate is reduced proportion concentration maintained at a constant level. Exposure higher (1.83 mg/ml) starting various specific times interfission cycle reveals transition stabilization points for each morphogenetic event; prior point completely blocks given event, but after does not affect morphogenesis, between these blockage may or take place. vesicles process distinct from other events related cell division. It occurs earlier than oral morphogenesis step-wise fashion with anterior vesicle appearing first then posterior one. For are very similar those found previously actinomycin D treatments, suggesting that translation follows immediately transcription. Resorption new observed; anlage were never resorbed.
