摘要: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is an inflammatory skin disorder affecting 5%-10% of children. Although basic mechanisms remain largely speculative, recent studies on the pathogenesis have elucidated new insights, pointing to importance food and inhalant allergens. The AD can be more easily explained by model late reaction occurring after mast cell activation. present report highlights some developments in which important understanding treating this troublesome disease.
