摘要: OBJECTIVE: This study compares household heads' willingness-to-pay (WTP) for community-based health insurance (CBI) themselves with their WTP other members, in order to provide information policy makers on setting the premium and choosing enrollment unit. METHOD: A random sample of 698 heads households was interviewed northwest Burkina Faso a bidding game approach used elicit WTP. Factors associated differences were identified, including characteristics head household. RESULTS: Mean by (3575 CFA) twice mean per capita as whole (1759 CFA). The old have lower than young, females males, poor rich, that those less schooling more years schooling. CONCLUSION: insure need be considered when premium. can assist decision complex problem unit
