摘要: Conceptual design is the first phase of process. Most basic functions a new product and solutions for solving problems are generated in this critical phase, which will affect attributes later detailed design, especially process concept generation, an innovation that achieved by human intelligence. The intuition experience designers play significant role during hard to be replaced computer-aided tools or artificial intelligence technology. TR1Z inventive problem-solving tool help people improve creativity. It applied work generate creative concepts. TRIZ principles extended integrating other TRIZ-derived tools. These also restructured inspiration I-Ching. Behaviour-Entity representation enables generation innovative based on TRIZ. Contradiction Matrix (CM) then used develop TRIZ-based approach adding constraints standard This developed retrieve modified re-organising BEC (Behaviour-Entity-Constraint) according conflicting requirements. Finally, negotiation-based integrated with existing no-compromise knowledge-based system automatically detecting resolving conflicts. recommendation given as output arranged weight designer creativity efficiency conflict resolution conceptual design. implemented using rule-based language, JESS. A case study aircraft fuselage layout presented demonstrate benefits system.
