摘要: Ion Chromatography and Flow Injection Analysis systems were integrated by a switching valve. Then, sampling kit was designed disposable syringe, 0.45um syringe filter, 2mL plastic vial. 13 water samples collected from oxidation pond natural stream in University campus. Four analytical modes applied for standard solutions the environmental samples. The detection limit (S/N =3) µM/L as follows, SO4 2- (0.31), Cl - (0.50), NO3 (0.89), Na + (0.52), NH4 (0.94), K (1.24), Mg 2+ (0.76), Ca (1.75), NO2 (0.02), PO4 3- (0.12), its EC 0.03 µS/cm. Our approach simple, rapid, low-cost, multi-parameter that satisfactory to assess Due sampling, transportation, storage processes are drastically improved, our has potential contribute strategic assessment.
