This paper seeks describe the development web-based assessment system (W-BEAS) for risk factors that lead WMSD growth. There four main factors, 26 sub-factors selected based on literature review, discussions with experts questionnaire survey among automotive production workers. These employed in analytic hierarchy structure (AHP) model analysis purpose. The integration AHP expert (WBES) were developed support W-BEAS. W-BEAS had pre-tested evaluated by ten experienced an component manufacturer. inconsistency ratio all comparison module ranged from 0 0.045, shows judgment consistent because value less than 0.1. Respondents considered organizational factor (OF=0.544) most respondents achieve average 3.95 both content satisfaction satisfaction. satisfied WBEAS performance. preliminary results confirmed effectively helped identify factors. existence application has designed expected be tool guide decision-making, provide best solution meets employer needs, so resolved efficiently.
