摘要: Abstract The angular dependence of Auger electrons excited from single-crystal surfaces is treated theoretically within a multiple-scattering cluster model taking into account the full transition matrix elements. In particular has been used to discuss influence multiple scattering and momentum electron wave on diffraction (AED) patterns in region low kinetic energies. Theoretical results AED are shown discussed detail for Cu(0 0 1) Ni(0 0 1) surfaces, respectively. Even though Cu Ni very similar their electronic properties recently strong differences have found measured low-energy region. It that may be caused superposition different effects an energy-integrated experiment. A good agreement between available experimental theoretical achieved.
