摘要: Mesoporous structures of materials have attracted considerable attention recently because their potential in a variety applications. In this work, resorcinol/formaldehyde (RF) gel was used as template for the synthesis mesoporous titania, which is great interest catalysis, photocatalysis, gas sensor and photovoltaic RF-gel prepared by sol-gel polycondensation resorcinol (R) formaldehyde (F). Titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTIP) precursor titania. However, direct incorporation TTIP into limited spontaneous reaction between RF gel, consequently resulted rapid solidification gel. Titania sol firstly from via process. After certain period aging time, titania added mixture, had been aged predetermined time well. that, mixture further another 36 hours before being dried at 80°C. Finally, calcined 500°C 4 to remove template. The obtained powders were characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), surface area measurement nitrogen adsorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). specific samples range 30-33 m2/g. average diameter about 8.8-37.7 nm. It found that rate addition influence on phase final product. increased favored formation rutile phase.
