摘要: We report the clinical features and long-term follow-up of 20 pediatric patients with parakeratosis pustulosa (PKP). In eight children PKP was considered as a manifestation psoriasis. Of these, three had skin psoriasis at time our observation, two developed nail psoriasis, psoriatic pitting during follow-up. Parakeratosis symptom allergic contact dermatitis in four patients, whereas atopic possibly responsible for patients. A complete recovery from disease observed 11 The results study suggest that is not single entity but rather represents can be produced by several inflammatory diseases, including dermatitis, dermatitis.
