摘要: Cyclodextrins are cyclic oligosaccharides composed of a-D-glucose units joined by oα(1,4) linkages [1]. The most common forms a-cyclodextrin (6 glucose units), βcyclodextrin (7 and γ-cyclodextrin (8 units). These toroidal molecules often presented as round, truncated cones, with the side containing primary hydroxyls forming narrow “base” cup, shown in Figure 1.
