摘要: Water is the source of all things, so it can be said that without sustainable development water resources, there no human beings. In recent years, sudden pollution accidents have occurred frequently. Emergency response plan optimization key to handling accidents. Nevertheless, non-linear relationship between various indicators and emergency plans has greatly prevented researchers from making reasonable assessments. Thus, an integrated assessment method proposed by incorporating improved technique for order preference similarity ideal solution, Shannon entropy a Coordinated degree model evaluate plans. The was used analyze different types index values. TOPSIS calculate relative closeness solution. coordinated applied express inhomogeneity plan. This tested in decision support system Middle Route Construction Administration Bureau, China. By considering nature indicators, eventually proven as highly realistic assessing advantages this are more prominent when evaluation object each indicator quite different. summary, provide targeted reference or guidance control makers.
