摘要: Lean manufacturing, lean enterprise, production, or often simply "Lean", is a practice that considers the expenditure of resources for any goal other than creation value end customer to be wasteful, and thus target elimination. can described at different levels abstraction: it defined as philosophy, set principles bundles practices.
