摘要: In this paper, we consider the change management process for enterprise IT services with goal of improving efficiency process, i.e., minimizing completion time and maximizing "change capacity". The handles critical updates in system that must be implemented by a set executing personnel. presence such timing constraints scheduling conflicts between classes, argue addressing application question optimally involves computing solutions to NP-hard problems. Using appropriate simulation models, evaluate various batched alternatives understand effect simple re-engineering on time, capacity system. addition, examine benefit executor cross-training degree performance Our results indicate longest queue based approach works well wide range practical scenarios. Based these results, recommend small cross-training.
