摘要: The purpose of this paper is to report the clinical characteristics and treatment outcome following different therapeutic approaches in a large series patients with primary low-grade MALT lymphoma stomach. A total ninety-three (median age 63 years) were reviewed. treated by modalities (local alone, combined treatment, chemotherapy, antibiotics alone); seven refused any treatment. antibiotic-treated group was prospectively followed regular endoscopic biopsies, their responses histologically evaluated. 5-years projected overall survival 82% (95% (2.1.; 67%-91%) as whole.
