摘要: Polyamide 66/clay nanocomposites (PA66CN) were prepared via a melt compounding method using new kind of organophilic clay, which was obtained through co-intercalation epoxy resin and quaternary ammonium into Na-montmorillonite. The dispersion effect silicate layers in the matrix studied by means XRD TEM. dispersed homogeneously nearly exfoliated as result strong interaction between groups PA66. mechanical properties heat distortion temperature (HDT) PA66CN increased dramatically. notched Izod impact strength 50% higher than that PA66 when clay loading 5 wt.-%. Even at 10 wt.-% content, still finely reduced water absorption, content; only absorbs 60% compared with addition changed crystal structure PA66CN.
