摘要: Abstract The localization and distribution of the protooncogene c-fos were studied immunohistochemically in retina human fetuses ranging age from 15 to 40 weeks gestation. highest levels immunoreactivity observed retinae younger fetuses, decreasing intensity with increasing age. At gestation intense was inner nuclear layer while photoreceptor cells exhibited moderate staining. 26 gestation, reduced. ganglion cells, amacrine showed immunopositivity throughout 26–40 period. role development is discussed light its other known functions.
