摘要: Biodiversity conservation continues to be a challenging task for societies worldwide. We undertook resilience assessment address the following question: What are ramifications of social-ecological system dynamics biodiversity governance nationally significant landscape? Resilience offers promise guiding response strategies, potentially enabling consideration ecological, social, economic, and influences on biodiversity-related activities. Most assessments have, however, struggled effectively incorporate influences. applied modified version Alliance workbook approach explicitly at each stage an internationally features in protected areas Australian Alps. The vulnerability Alps climate change suggests that it is moving into release stage, with subsequent transformation hypothesized. Network argued as flexible, adaptive management comprehensive engagement stakeholders, both which critical shaping how this valued focal will occur. Liaison Committee provides promising structure collaboration comanagement across multiple jurisdictions. Our contribution was demonstrate embeds can point pathways reform context transformation.
