摘要: We measured apparent accommodation in 42 pseudophakic eyes (34 patients) after implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lenses. The mean was 2.03 ± 1.03 diopters. accommodative power 16 phakic used as controls 2.91 1.29 diameter the pupil appeared to be most important factor accommodation—the smaller pupil, greater accommodation. Apparent inversely proportional pupillary diameter. There no correlation, however, between and corrected visual acuity, refractive error, corneal astigmatism, or axial length. a negative correlation anterior depth.
