摘要: The present work examines the effect of membrane lipid composition on activation extracellular signal-regulated protein kinases (ERK) and cell death following oxidative stress. When subjected to 50 µm docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 22 : 6 n-3), cellular phospholipids OLN 93 cells, a clonal line oligodendroglia origin low in DHA, were enriched with this polyunsaturated fatty acid. In presence 1 mmN,N-dimethylethanolamine (dEa) new phospholipid species analog was formed lieu phosphatidylcholine. Exposure DHA-enriched cells 0.5 mm H2O2, caused sustained ERK up 24 h. At time massive apoptotic demonstrated by ladder TUNEL techniques. H2O2-induced stress applied dEa or DHA/dEa co-supplemented showed only transient no after Moreover, while rapidly translocated into nucleus supplements completely blocked nuclear translocation. This study suggests that is associated prolonged translocation both phenomena are prevented supplements. Thus, ultimately modulates therefore can promote prevent death.
