摘要: Objective Intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD) is a key element resulting in low back pain, but the mechanisms underlying IDD remain largely unknown. The purpose of study was to investigate influence microRNA-155-3p (miR-155-3p) on proliferation and autophagy nucleus pulposus (NP) cells with involvement hypoxia-inducible factor 1 α (HIF1α)/histone lysine demethylase 3A (KDM3A) axis. Methods NP tissues patients lumbar herniation traumatic intervertebral from fracture were collected. Apoptosis observed, marker proteins detected. transfected miR-155-3p mimic or KDM3A-siRNA explore their roles cell proliferation, apoptosis. MiR-155-3p, KDM3A HIF1α expression Results Decreased miR-155-3p, elevated presented IDD. Elevated silenced promoted autophagy, inhibited apoptosis Moreover, decreased expression, while Conclusion concludes that up-regulated promotes restrains via inhibition HIF1α, which may be promising approach for treatment
