摘要: Abstract Magneto-optical properties of semimagnetic semiconductors with nanometer-scale structures (nanostructures) are described. Superlattices the CdTe Cd 1 − x Mn Te and ZnTe systems microcrystals Cd1 xMnxSe were grown by epitaxy sputtering methods. These semiconductor nanostructures show remarkably enhanced magneto-optical responses in optical absorption, luminescence dynamics confined excitons. The results interpreted quantum-confined excitonic states interacting magnetic ion spins involved nanostructures.
