摘要: E-government holds the promise of improving administrative efficiency and citizen participation, but can also reinforce traditional processes. This paper reviews evidence, mainly from case studies, these It looks both at Asia-Pacific jurisdictions, wider experience. finds that advances in information related technologies have stepped up pressure on governments to carry out policy institutional reforms, while providing some tools facilitate process.
