摘要: The invention relates to an alkali-free aluminoborosilicate glass having a coefficient of thermal expansion .alpha.20/300 between 2.8 ~ 10 -6/K and 3.6 -6/K, which has the following composition (in % by weight, based on oxide): silicon dioxide (SiO2) > 58 - 65, boric oxide (B2O3) 6 11.5, aluminum (Al2O3) 20 25, magnesium (MgO) 4 4.5 8, strontium (SrO) 0 3, zinc (ZnO) < 2, is highly suitable for use as substrate both in display technology thin-film photovoltaics.
