摘要: Angiogenesis is an important phenomenon in the pathogenesis of some diseases, such as numerous types tumors and autoimmunity, also a number soluble cell-bound factors may stimulate neovascularization inflammatory reaction processes. Here, by highlighting significance angiogenesis rheumatoid arthritis (RA), we will mainly focus on role various growth factors, cytokines, enzymes, cells, hypoxic conditions transcription angiogenic process then explain therapeutic strategies based blockage modification vascular pathology RA.
