摘要: Advances in research regarding chronic pancreatitis (CP) have improved our understanding of this disease. Despite progress, the management CP still remains less than optimal, with many patients who are symptomatic and poor quality life. Optimal begins an accurate diagnosis, identifying cause, assessing reversibility then evaluation followed by treatment symptoms complications. This review focuses on areas updated recent evidence.
