摘要: Gastric duplication cysts are uncommon congenital anomalies and rarely diagnosed in adults. We present a unique case of communicating type gastric young woman with the multimodality imaging findings including barium examination, CT, endoscopy. The morphological criteria for diagnosis cyst suggested pathogenetic mechanisms its formation as well clinical presentation. Associated pathologies reviewed.
