摘要: BACKGROUND: UK Cancer registries have difficulties in recording the incidence of basal cell carcinoma (BCC).  AIM: To estimate total numbers BCCs requiring surgical treatment.  METHODS: The histopathology records each year from 1999 to 2010 were examined annual and people with BCC East Norfolk Waveney area UK.  RESULTS: Over this period, patients surgically treated increased by 81%, 70%. ratio recorded cancer registry was 2-2.2 times lower than that data. Extrapolating data population suggests 2010, approximately 200,000 had 247,000 (this does not include those other means such as cryotherapy, topical chemotherapy, photodynamic therapy or radiotherapy, without histology). In 2008, 114,000 nonmelanoma skin cancers registered England Wales 309,000 (excluding cancers) CONCLUSIONS: These indicate UK, is nearly common all body sites combined.
