摘要: The fabrication of tissue engineering scaffolds based on the polymerization crosslinked polylactide using leaching and batch foaming to generate well-controlled interconnected biodegradable polymer is reported. scaffold parameters are studied in relation interpore connectivity, pore morphology, structural stability PLA scaffold. In vitro cell culture degradation used analyze biocompatibility biodegradability scaffolds. new thermoset highly suitable for bone applications due their complex internal architecture, thermal stability, biocompatibility.
