摘要: The lifetimes of certain atomic resonance states have been measured using a magnetic rotation method devised by Weingeroff in 1931. This possesses the advantage not requiring an accurate knowledge vapour pressure data. experimental results are compared with theoretical values obtained recent Bates-Damgaard Coulomb approximation, and based on Hartree Slater type wave functions. Good agreement is found
