摘要: Resume L’incidence des enterobacteries productrices de β-lactamase a spectre etendu (BLSE) est en augmentation dans le monde, expliquee par celle Escherichia coli CTX-M, mais aussi la recrudescence EBLSE plus anciennes. Les carbapenemase (EPC) sont epidemiques nombreux pays, encore emergentes France partir patients rapatries. Ces multi- ou hautement resistantes constituent menace infectieuse serieuse pour les prochaines annees, ville (EBLSE) et l’hopital (EBLSE EPC). Contrairement Staphylococcus aureus resistant meticilline (SARM), controle passe autant reduction l’utilisation antibiotiques que l’interruption leur transmission manuportee.
