摘要: Aims of the paper. This paper aims to analyse critically a selective review literature on tiredness and fatigue in health illness. This analysis is then applied experience new mother postnatal period. Method. A search was undertaken using MEDLINE, CINAHL Web Science. The terms ‘tiredness’, ‘fatigue’ ‘post natal’ were used. Findings. This produced small number articles. Few these, however, addressed problem or period, suggesting that this needs more research attention. Conclusions. On basis analysis, it suggested childbirth education could be extended foster realistic expectations effective coping skills facilitate women's adjustment motherhood. possibility midwives educating mothers about need access, recruit delegate some household activities willing helpers addressed.
