摘要: Abstract In this study separation of acetone/water mixtures was investigated by pervaporation (PV) technique using poly(vinyl alcohol)-g-acrylonitrile/2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-Fe 3 O 4 (PVA-g-AN/HEMA-Fe ) nanocomposite membranes. AN and HEMA grafted onto PVA irradiating with UV light. The graft copolymer characterized elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), proton-nuclear magnetic resonance ( 1 H NMR), carbon-nuclear 13 C NMR) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Magnetite nanoparticles were in situ synthesized membrane the FTIR, DSC, electron microscopy (SEM), X-Ray diffraction (XRD) contact angle measurements. Membrane performance examined changing feed composition (0–100 wt.%) operating temperature (30–50 °C). highest factor 120 obtained 80 wt.% acetone concentration feed.
