摘要: We have used anti-T cell monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) as mimic ligands to study the effects of T receptor (TCR) ligation cloned helper type 1 cells in presence or absence accessory cells. Our results demonstrate that TCR rapidly induces death. Cell death can be prevented by addition spleen adherent cells, leading strong clonal expansion.
